As many as 72% of employees state that they would rather choose flexibility than a higher salary in a traditional office, while 88% of candidates point out that the hybrid model is one of their key criteria when choosing a new job.

At the same time, companies are realizing that the hybrid model brings more satisfied and engaged teams, with significant savings and without losing team energy or productivity - said Mark Dixon, founder and CEO of IWG.
