Fate of Hotel Jagodina to be known on October 26

The fate of Hotel Jagodina will be known on October 26. Namely, the state has until then to exercise its pre-emptive right to pay 87.5 million dinars.

If the state misses that deadline, the sole bidder, a natural person from Belgrade, has up to three days to sign the contract and another five days to pay the difference between the deposit and the price they accepted at the auction.

The building has a net area of 10,676.89 m² and a floor structure of B+GF+Me1+Me2+5. Along with the building, equipment, small inventory, supplies, as well as artistic paintings and sculptures that represent cultural heritage, were also sold.
