The Home for Persons with Metal Illnesses “St. Basil of Ostrog, the Miracle Worker” in this city on the Tisa, at 77 Marsala Tita Street, has opened a public invitation for works on the replacement of the existing joinery.
The estimated value of the works is RSD 8.33 million.
According to the technical documentation, the exiting installed joinery (doors, windows) is dilapidated and does not function, so it is necessary to install new joinery.
Joinery works and the installation of joinery are to be done on the facility.
A total of 16 single PVC windows of high quality, 20 double ones and three triple ones should be installed.
The plan is to also install 10 new single doors, five double ones and 30 portals - aluminum and PVC.
Interior and exterior PVC benches will be set up inside the facility and in the facility’s yard.
Among other things, the works include treating the window sills with extension plaster, then smoothing and painting the sills.
The plan is for the works to start by the end of the year, considering all the deadlines, including the period for the possession of the site and the commencement of works by the contractor/supplier, and they will last three months.
