New residential square meters in Zvezdara – Sky Technologies Belgrade planning building with 39 apartments

The investor Sky Technologies Belgrade plans to build a residential building with a floor structure of B+SB+GF+2+L with 39 apartments in Zvezdara.

The area of the plot in question is approximately 1,964 m2.

Within the underground floor of the planned building, garage and garage box, with the necessary technical spaces and maneuvering areas intended for vehicle movement, as well as on the ground floor, a total of 43 parking spaces have been created, including 2 parking spaces intended for people with disabilities.

21 parking spaces are planned for the garage, while 22 parking spaces are planned for the ground floor.

The garage is accessed from Bosutska Street via two vehicle ramps and two maneuvering areas in the inner courtyard.

6 apartments are planned on the semi-basement, while nine apartments are planned for the first and second upper floors. The loft consists of six apartments.

Residential units, of various structures, are designed with floor areas from 25.21 m2 to 102.32 m2.

The building plot is bordered by Murmanska Street to the west and the planned Bosutska Street to the north.

The gross developed construction area of the above-ground floors of the residential building is 2,345.79 m2, the gross developed construction area of the underground floors is 1,458.42 m2, while the total gross developed construction area of the entire building is 3,804.21 m2.

The developer of the urban planning project is Bureau Cube Partners.
