Serbia and French corporation Dassault aviation to launch joint projects in military aviation – Industrial Cooperation Agreement signed

The Serbian Ministry of Defense and the French company Dassault aviation signed today a special Industrial Cooperation Agreement, which opens up space for the development and production of weapons and military equipment in cooperation with the domestic defense industry and the Military Technical Institute.

The signing of this document, as announced by the Ministry of Defense, created the conditions for joint projects in the aviation domain, and the signing of individual contracts between the companies is also envisaged. They will include technical assistance, as well as the transfer of technology and knowledge, which will enable the strengthening of domestic development and production capacities.

This agreement means that the domestic defense industry will gain access to modern technological solutions and expertise of one of the world’s leading manufacturers in the aviation industry.

The agreement was signed by Major General Slavko Rakic and Senior Vice President of Dassault aviation Jean-Claude Piccirillo.
