Nikola Tesla Airport handles over one million passengers in single month for first time

The Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport welcomed over one million passengers in a single month this August, achieving the milestone for the first time in its history. The airport handled approximately 1.04 million travelers during what is traditionally the busiest month of the year, representing a 7.6% increase on August 2024.

Overall, the Belgrade Airport handled 5.89 million passengers during the January-August period, up 5.9%.
