Most visited spa in Serbia to get new tourist complexes – Two new apartment hotels planned for construction in Vrnjacka Banja

The tourist offer of Vrnjacka Banja will soon be enriched with two new apartment hotels, the construction of which is planned at different locations in the city. The investors are individuals, while the company Arhitekt Pro doo has been hired to design both facilities.

The new capacities will bring a total of more than 80 accommodation units, accompanying facilities and underground garages, which will significantly improve the offer of the most visited spa in Serbia.

First apartment hotel - 31 accommodation units and SPA center

The construction of an apartment hotel with a floor structure of B+GF+3+RF and a total gross area of 3,050 m2 is planned in Proleterskih brigada Street. The facility will have 31 accommodation units and 21 parking spaces.

The underground floor will be divided into three functional zones - a garage, an economic and technical block and a spa block.

The ground floor includes a reception desk with a lobby bar and a food service area, while the centrally positioned staircase core leads to the accommodation units on the ground floor and on the upper floors.

Second apartment hotel – 52 apartments, restaurant, seminar room and business premises

An apartment hotel with a floor structure of B+GF+3+RF, with a gross area of 6,281 m2 is planned in Kneza Milosa Street. In the basement, open parking for the business part of the ground floor, a garage for the hotel, as well as storage and auxiliary rooms are planned.

The ground floor includes the reception desk and lobby bar of the hotel, as well as a separate business premises with storage space.

A restaurant with a kitchen and the first apartment units are planned on the first floor, while additional apartments (52 in total) are planned on the upper floors, as well as facilities such as a seminar room, a beauty salon and a recreation area.

The construction will be carried out in two phases. The first includes the underground and ground floors, while the second envisages the completion of four floors above the ground floor.
