The Society of Construction Law Serbia (SCL Serbia) was established in 2024 with the aim of promoting education, studies and research in the field of construction law and related topics in Serbia and abroad, for the benefit of the public and the construction industry.

In April 2025, SCL Serbia became a member of the international network Society of Construction Law International, which today brings together 30 national associations and has a significant reputation in the global construction and legal community, the Association announced.

The Association also announced that, on the occasion of its establishment, a ceremonial presentation of the association will be held in Belgrade on November 5, 2025, attended by experts from Serbia and abroad, representatives of key stakeholders from the infrastructure and construction sectors.
