Thematic retail park Resort Living Mall to open in September in Leskovac

The citizens of Leskovac will be able to find and buy any household item from September at the new retail park Resort Living Mall, which will be opened in Njegoseva Street in this city in southeast Serbia.

In addition to retail outlets, Resort will also have production rooms. Along with the outlets, whose size will depend on the needs of the tenants, the area is around 7,000 square meters, the city of Leskovac announced.

The metal-processing company “Janicijevic” will be located in the production part of 3,500 square meters. The furniture store “Alibaba” will take up a space of 570 square meters for storage purposes, and “Drvopromet” will take up 800 square meters.

The retail outlets will take up slightly over 1,000 square meters. Those who rent them will have all the features, including a large number of parking spaces, the city’s website says.

Behind the main part of Resort is another facility, also with over 1,000 square meters, which can be used as production or retail space.

As announced earlier this summer, the thematic concept “home & bricolage” gathers sellers of furniture, tiling and sanitary products, lighting and electrical equipment, household appliances, decoration and kitchen products, tools, food and hospitality features.

This retail and production space was raised in the location of the former Resort factory in Leskovac.
