The eKapija business portal has published the Special Edition Newsletter: “Real Estate and Construction – Investments as a pledge to the future”. In this special edition newsletter dedicated to the region, you can read about information from the real estate markets in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina – from statistical data, price of square meters to attractive projects.

Galens Invest has been operating successfully for 18 years and according to its Deputy CEO, Milos Dimitrijevic, they have experience backed by extensive expertise and skilled staff. The company has around 60 facilities under its belt and today it is simultaneously building over 400,000 square meters across ten different projects and locations. About this, their plans and the real estate market Dimitrijevic spoke to eKapija for their special edition newsletter.

To date, CTP has built 12 facilities in Serbia with a total area of over 265,000 sqm at five different locations. By the end of 2026, they plan to grow their portfolio to over 1.3 million sqm of facilities built in industrial parks across Serbia. Petar Kolognat, Head of Business Development at CTP Serbia, presented the past work and announced the future plans of one of the biggest European investors—and the largest in the CEE region in the industrial facilities sector in his interview with eKapija.
