Lasta’s extraordinary General Assembly meeting scheduled – PPRP on agenda

The Board of Directors of the transport company Lasta, at the request of the new majority owner ASP Strela from Obrenovac, has scheduled an extraordinary meeting of the General Assembly to decide on the future fate of Lasta.

The only item on the agenda of the scheduled meeting will be the consideration and proposal of the Pre-prepared Reorganization Plan (PPRP) “in order to enable the continuation of the company’s operations,” the decision states.

This meeting is scheduled for August 4 at 10 a.m.

The decision to convene the meeting was signed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Tomislav Knezevic, on July 11.

Let us remind that Strela recently became the majority owner of Lasta, increasing its stake in the company from 16.7% to 83%.
