New road toll prices official in Serbia from today – RSD 325 from Belgrade to Novi Sad

In Serbia, the road toll is officially higher by around 4.3% per kilometer traveled on average. On the highway from Belgrade to Nis, the road toll price is RSD 1,170, from Belgrade to Novi Sad, it is RSD 325, from Belgrade to Subotica RSD 835, from Belgrade to Sid RSD 520, whereas from Belgrade to Presevo, it amounts to RSD 1,970.

The road tolls for the newly built highway section Belgrade-Pozega, that is, the toll stations Lucani and Prilipac, will apply from July 10.

The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure announced earlier that the new Decision on the road toll amounts, harmonized with annual consumer index and the increase of the retail prices, would apply from July 4.

Road toll in Serbia is collected by the Public Enterprise “Roads of Serbia,” and the total length of the highways subject to road toll collection is 905.2 kilometers.

Road toll collection is done through an automatic technical collection system which consists of 72 toll stations.

The basis for the road toll is the length of the route that the vehicle travels, expressed in kilometers, and the road toll price is set by three criteria - road toll price per kilometer, vehicle category and route traveled.

The road toll collection system applies on the following highway sections: Belgrade-Sabac-Sid, Belgrade-Subotica, Belgrade-Vrnjacka Banja-Presevo-Dimitrovgrad and Belgrade-Pozega.
