Customs labels will apply as of June 25, 2025.

Serbian Association of International Road Hauliers – MT (Serbian: PU "Međunarodni Transport", PUMEDTRANS) announced on its website that, based on their request to enable special marking of customs and non-customs goods in the vehicle, the Rulebook on Amendments to the Rulebook on Customs Markings ("Official Gazette of RS", number 48/19, 43/20, 74/21 and 91/24) was adopted.

This document prescribes the use of customs labels as customs marks for foreign goods in the national transit procedure from one internal customs office to another internal customs office, according to Pluton Logistics.

As explained by the Customs Administration, the mentioned amendments to the Rulebook enable the transportation of goods that have the status of domestic goods, i.e. goods for which the procedure of putting the goods into free circulation and foreign goods accompanied by one or more national transit documents is carried out in one means of transport.

This enables, according to priority, economic justification and other reasons, part of the goods intended for one customs office to be unloaded, while the remaining goods continue according to national transit documents to the next customs offices of destination.
