Tax Administration of Serbia adopts decision on tax for renters of apartments per day

The Tax Administration of Serbia has announced today that all taxpayers that realize an income from providing hospitality services (the so-called apartment rental per day) can expect to receive tax bills in the coming period. The decisions will be submitted to the post office today, it has been announced on the website of the Tax Administration.

It is said that, according to the Law on the Tax Procedure and the Tax Administration, the decisions are considered sent upon the expiration of the deadline of 15 days within the date of being submitted to the post office.
