Vucevic submitted his irrevocable resignation on January 28, after an attack on blockading students in Novi Sad, according to the Government's website.
By confirming the resignation of the Prime Minister, the Government becomes technical and the 30-day deadline for the selection of a new cabinet begins.
If a new government is not elected within 30 days, parliamentary elections will be held.
