Although statistics on the number of passengers and flights used to be published regularly once a month on the official website of "Constantine the Great" Airport, since the beginning of 2025 there was no such information. They published the data as an official statement on the website after the news portal "Juzne Vesti" sent them questions.
Looking at these data, it is clear that the number of passengers is still decreasing - in January there were 20% fewer compared to the same month in 2024, whereas in February the number of passengers decreased by around 13%. Compared to the same months two years ago, there is an even greater drop in the number of passengers - in January they were 34.5% less, and in February 29.7% less compared to 2023.
As for current statistics, during January this year, 218 air operations were carried out for 21,104 passengers, and during February, 194 air operations were carried out for 18,415 passengers. The number of passengers was proportional to the number of flights, and in late March, with the beginning of the summer flight schedule, certain seasonal flights will return, so a higher frequency of passengers is expected, the "Constantine the Great" Airport announced.
