The trade union “Sloga” of the Belgrade “Nikola Tesla” Airport has announced that its members will not go on strike tomorrow, despite the announcement, since their employer has accepted all the requests made by that trade union regarding salary raises.

It is said that the increase of “the salary package” will be higher than the request that the trade union “Sloga” sent to the CEO of the airport, Chivoine Rem (12%), “which in total is a higher increase than in April 2024.”

It is pointed out that the agreement was reached after dozens of meetings with the management and the CEO.

The trade union “Sloga” pointed out that “unrealistic requests can have a negative impact on the amount of the agreed raise.”

– The employer points out that, if the potential halt of operations jeopardized the operations, it would not be able to fulfill the promise relating to the raise – the announcement says.
