Local company Tehnodent plans to build new plant for production of rotors for dental turbines in Vrnjci

In Vrnjci near Vrnjacka Banja, the Tehnodent company is planning the construction of a new business and production building, with two floors (including the ground floor), as can be seen from the urban planning project that the municipality has put on public presentation.

In the part of the facility intended for production, the process of preparation and final processing of materials for the finished products of the Tehnodent-rotor package for dental turbines will take place. The total gross area of the building, which is designed as a steel structure, is 1,666.56 m².

The ground floor of the building is intended for production and consists of an entrance landing, two windbreaks, two stairwells, a production area, a warehouse for raw materials, a technical room, a room for construction and technology, a room for the development of new products, a “drum room”, a boiler room, a compressor room, pantry, cleaning room, a women’s toilet with a wardrobe, a men’s toilet, a men’s wardrobe and a corridor.

The entrance for production employees is located on the southeast side of the building, while visitors and administrative workers enter from the northwest side, facing Hajduk Veljkova Street. The delivery of materials for processing, as well as the shipment of finished products, is planned through the double door on the southeast facade of the building, which also serves as an entrance for employees.

The first floor is connected to the ground floor via two reinforced concrete staircases and extends over the entire surface of the ground floor. Both floors are functionally connected. The floor consists of a production area (for the assembly of finished products), a canteen for employees (which is intended only for serving food, without preparation), a corridor area, a women’s wardrobe with a sanitary unit, a men’s wardrobe and a sanitary unit, as well as an administrative part.

The administrative space includes an anteroom, corridor, design offices, secretary’s office, deputy director’s office, director’s office, two archive rooms, kitchenette and toilet.

Tehnodent from Vrnjacka Banja is a family company founded in 1988. It produces rotors that are installed in dental, high-speed, manual turbines. The installation dimensions of the turbine circuits as well as their geometry fully correspond to the dimensions of the turbine circuits of all prominent world manufacturers.
