Plan for return of people from diaspora announced for period around Christmas

The president of Serbia, Aleksandar Vucic, has stated that the program for the return of people from the diaspora will be ready by Christmas and said that their interest in returning to the country is increasing.

At the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade, he said that the state would form a special team for the return of craftsmen and that there had been the biggest loss of labor potential in that sector.

As he said, through new initiatives and subsidies, the state wants to bring back people from abroad.

– The measures having to do with housing loans are, in fact, also the essence of progress. In addition to the human part, where you connect families, there is also the economic effect. For us, these are projects that we always have the money for – added Vucic.

He also announced the presentation of six medical doctors who had returned to Serbia and who would work in its health institutions.
