Goods Sold Online by 28% of Domestic Companies

All companies in Serbia have an internet connection, and more than 85% of companies in Serbia have a website. In addition to that, 28% of the domestic companies have sold products online, as shown by the research of the Statistical Office of the Republic of Serbia “The Use of Information-Communications Technologies”.

The research of the Statistical Office showed that, in Serbia, 22.4% of companies use ERP (software for the planning of a company’s resources), software for managing client relations (CRM) is used by 10.7% companies, and business information (BI) software is used by 5.1% of the companies.
