It is common knowledge that every successful company on its development path is accompanied by an ERP solution, assisting in the analysis, monitoring and acceleration of business processes. We discussed with the company Algotech the inevitability of using ERP in everyday business, as they are no exception.

Our interlocutor was Svetlana Erdoglija, Director Of Finance And Administration at Algotech.


Can you introduce our readers to Algotech and what the company does?

- Algotech has been a PANTHEON user since 2009. Previously, the company used external bookkeeping services, but intense growth and the desire to improve business processes led us to implement PANTHEON. From that moment, PANTHEON became an indispensable part of our daily business, from VAT records, employee salary calculations, recording the production of telecommunications equipment, all the way to the records of goods imports.


How was the implementation and communication with PANTHEON consultants?

- One of the things we are extremely satisfied with is that we have a partner in PANTHEON, who is with us through all challenges and changes. Consultants from PANTHEON enable us to jointly organize all the necessary activities related to the upgrade of PANTHEON, in a timely manner and at the right moment, all for the purpose of monitoring legal changes and harmonizing our business with new requirements. Such support is particularly important to us in order to align our business with all the changes, such as legal changes regarding VAT records, and the introduction of e-invoices and their sending through SEF.
