In the construction sense, the new terminal building at the Constantine the Great Airport will be completed by the end of November, after which the equipping and the installation of the systems and the equipment are to follow, the company Aerodromi Srbije says for eKapija.

– We believe that everything will go as planned and we will try to welcome the first passengers in the new building next summer – the company says.

They add that, at the same time, they will work on amending the project documentation for the demolition of the existing building.

– Parallel with this, we will work on amending the project documentation so that we would demolish the existing building and build a new one in its place, which will comprise a functional whole together with the part that has already been built – they point out.

They add that they will also work on building the infrastructure that accompanies the new terminal building – traffic routes, parking lots…
