Momirovic: Food Prices Drop First Time This Year, Vegetable Price 10% Lower in July

In July, the statistics recorded a drop in the prices of certain product groups, primarily food, primarily vegetables, said the minister of domestic and foreign trade of Serbia, Tomislav Momirovic.

In a video published on Instagram, he added that there was no doubt that Serbia still struggled with a high inflation.

– We are struggling, just like the rest of eastern Europe, but I am more convinced than ever that we will manage to stabilize the inflation by the end of the year, bring it to the level of 8% and have it within the target band next year, between 2 and 5% – the minister said.
