Subotica Also to Get Luxury Settlement – New Town Homes to Have 18 Smart Housing Units with Home Offices (PHOTO)

The company SI Investments doo has started building a unique complex in the area of Subotica. The New Town Homes settlement will feature 18 modern smart residential units with developed private yards.

As this Subotica-based construction company with Israeli capital told eKapija, the settlement whose construction started this February will be a 7-minutes’ drive away from the city center.

– The construction is planned in several phases. In the first phase, 5 residential units will be built, and the deadline for the completion of these works is the first quarter of next year – says Jelena Todorovic, a business assistant at the company.

The settlement will consist of 3 different types of two-story houses with gross floor areas of 159 to 196 m2. All of them will have a parking lot, and some will have a garage too. What sets New Town Homes apart, according to the investors, are separate Home Office spaces within the residential units, and living rooms with large glass portals, several bathrooms and an interior garden are planned as well.

The complex was designed by the architect Silard Godnic.
