VINCI Airports Awarded for Service Quality

Four airports from the VINCI Airports network have been pronounced best for their service quality this year by the Airport Council International (ACI), a global reference for airport service quality.

The airports in Belgrade, Porto, Guanacaste and Puerto Plata have been pronounced the best airports in their respective regions (the award within the Airport Service Quality ASQ program – Best Airport by Size and Region). ACI has also awarded the Belgrade Airport as the airport with the kindest and most dedicated team, whereas the Guanacaste Airport has been pronounced the airport which provides the best travel experience to its clients.

The International Osaka Airport has ranked fourth within the so-called OAG Punctuality League. This global recognition of punctuality performances follows the CIRIUM (leading company for aviation data analysis) ranking list, published at the beginning of the year, which also awarded the Osaka Airport the leading position in the category of “large airports”.
