Stanton Chase Hands Out “Talent Management” Award to Company Karanovic & Partners – Three Special Awards Given Too

The international Executive Search Company Stanton Chase this year awarded the Talent Management award for the ninth time, for which companies from different industries which develop and implement programs for their talented employees competed.

This year we had a large number of contestants, all companies recognized in the market as truly dedicated to talent development through different programs or the cooperation with universities.

The winner of the Talent Management Contest for 2022 is Karanović & Partners.



Considering that, this year, there were plenty of interested ideas and initiatives, the jury of seven decided to award as many as three special awards.



The Award for the Most Personalized Approach to Talent Management went to Nelt Group.



The Most Creative Attraction of Young Talents Award went to Levi9 and Mlekara Šabac received the Award for The Most Purposeful Talent Exposure in Business Projects.
