NIS wins Talent Management award - Continental and Nelt Grupa get acknowledgments as well

(From the award ceremony) The winner of the Talent Management Contest for 2016 is NIS a.d. Novi Sad. The Award for the The Most Innovative Measurements in talent management went to Continental, and the Award for The Best Locally Originated Initiatives in talent management went to Nelt Grupa.

The international Executive Search Company Stanton Chase established the Talent Management award in 2014. This award is assigned annually to companies from different industries which develop and implement programs for its talented employees, or are generally dedicated to talent development through various programs.

This year there was the largest number of contestants, all companies recognized in the market as truly dedicated to talent development through different programs or the cooperation with Universities, Stanton Chase reported.
