Vesic Announces Aid Package for Construction Industry

The minister of construction, transport and infrastructure of Serbia, Goran Vesic, has announced that one of the first steps he will take will be to “adopt an aid package for the construction industry”.

Among the priorities, according to him, will also be the adoption of the amendments to the Law on Construction in order to accelerate the obtaining of the permits and the improvement of the operations of the Land Register and the adoption of the Law on Infrastructure Maintenance, which will enable the listing of state infrastructure so that it could be better maintained and so that less money would be spent subsequently on its reconstruction, it is said on the website of the Government of Serbia.
