DMB FTMT from Belgrade Buys Rakovica Factory 21. maj for RSD 185 Million

The company Fabrika malolitraznih motora – 21. maj in bankruptcy has been sold to the company DMB FTMT from Belgrade for RSD 185 million, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced today.

The initial price of the factory at the public bidding was RSD 95.7 million.

The most important property of the factory is the complex in Rakovica with six facilities, whose total area exceeds 20,000 square meters.

The factory “21. maj” had been in bankruptcy since 2016, and it used to employ around 5,000 workers in its time.
