Buildings of the company Fabrika malolitraznih motora 21. maj in bankruptcy have been put up for sale.

The offer includes:

– A hall for the production of transportation means with three floors, including the ground floor, with a floor plan area of 15,670 m2
– A building for the testing of rotors, a ground-floor building with a floor plan area of 1,447 m2
– A technical services building, that is, the Grita testing station, with a floor plan area of 692 m2
– A testing station for the testing of jet engines with a floor plan area of 358 m2

The offer also includes two auxiliary buildings, as well as movable property, consisting of tools and spare parts.

The determined initial price of the advertised property is RSD 95,795,765, whereas the deposit is RSD 38.32 million.
