Hollywood on Srem hillside - A settlement with boulevard and villas, worthy of movie stars, is emerging near Novi Sad (PHOTO)

The trend of building gated communities in Serbia, following the American example, which eKapija pointed out last fall, is continuing. This time, the construction of a Hollywood Hill NS condominium in the Novi Sad settlement of Karagaca is planned.

Colosseum Gradnja from Novi Sad and Avangard Gradnja from Temerin are building a luxury settlement on the slopes of Fruska gora.

As the project manager Aleksandra Pejovic told eKapija, the construction of the complex will begin in fall this year, and the completion is planned for the end of 2023.
The fenced complex will have a total of 22 residential units in 16 buildings.

- Two types of villas are planned - double buildings with two vertical residential units and independent villas. All facilities will have a swimming pool, garage and two to three parking spaces per residential unit, as well as an elevator and its own yard. Residents will also have at their disposal a service for the maintenance of swimming pools, yards, greenery and glass surfaces, of which there will be many. The community will have a porter's lodge, video surveillance, permanent security and access will be provided only to tenants - says Pejovic.
According to her, the uniqueness of Novi Sad's Hollywood Hill lies in the combination of Fruska Gora nature and Kamenica wind rose, near the city, but above all in the concept of the settlement itself, modeled after Hollywood Hills, a famous residential part of Los Angeles.

The 3D visualization of the project was done by Vladimir Rakic PR Render Art, whereas the conceptual design and urban project are signed by Urbis from Novi Sad and mas.ing.arch Marija Baskalo on behalf of the investor.

Pejovic points out that investors are planning on building another community of this type, also in Srem, and the location has already been acquired.
