IMT Business Complex in New Belgrade Put up for Sale for EUR 70.7 Million

The bankruptcy supervisor of Industrija masina i traktora (IMT) has advertised the sale of the bankruptcy debtor by the method of public bidding. The business complex in Zemunska Street in New Belgrade has been offered for RSD 8.3 billion (EUR 70.7 million).

The part of the complex that has been put up for sale consists of 25 registered facilities, with an exploitation permit, as well as 30 registered facilities without a construction permit. The offer also includes 22 unregistered facilities.

The public bidding will be held on November 22, 2021.
