TB 65 to Build Facility with 72 Office Spaces in Heroja sa Kosara Blvd

The investor TB 65 d.o.o. is building an office facility with two underground levels and nine floors (including the ground floor) in Heroja sa Kosara Blvd in New Belgrade.

The total gross floor area will be 23,459.49 m2 (23,974.31 m2 with the crawl space), of which 16,825.69 m2 above ground.

It will have two entrances, a total of 72 office spaces, 241 parking spaces, of which 22 parking spaces on the parcel and 16 for persons with special needs.

The estimated contract value, according to the building permit, is RSD 1,274,376,635.

The certificate of the execution of the works was issued this March, and the works are supposed to last until December 2022.
