Three Companies from Bulgaria to Open Production Facilities in Dimitrovgrad

A meeting between the ministers of economy of Serbia and Bulgaria, Andjelka Atanaskovic and Kiril Petkov, has been held in Dimitrovgrad. As the Ministry of Economy of Serbia announced, according to minister Atanaskovic, the first concrete results of said meetings are already visible. As economy ministers, she said, we had the task of looking into the possibilities of enhancing the cooperation, and since we have 140 years of diplomatic cooperation with Bulgaria, we expressed the desire to keep enhancing it further.

– Today, we were informed at the meeting from the Free Zone that three companies from Bulgaria have already started opening their facilities in Dimitrovgrad, which is a concrete sign that we are moving the thing forward and the people from the border zone are seeing a better future and the possibility of living and working here – Atanaskovic said.
