Bekament has bought the Samot factory in Arandjelovac for RSD 203.4 million, the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency announced.

The most important property of Samot in bankruptcy are the buildings of the factory complex in Arandjelovac, the equipment, the facilities and the claims.

Samot has been in bankruptcy since 2015, and the company’s core activity is the manufacture of refractory products.
