The first national study of organizational culture and specifics of employees in Serbia

The company "Human Synergistics Serbia, part of the most famous worldwide network that deals with organizational culture, began implementing the first national survey on organizational culture and the specifics of employees in Serbia.

As noted in the statement, it is planned to have at least 1,000 employees participating in the survey, from 100 companies, which would be the basis for results on the state of organizational culture in Serbia, the factors that have a decisive influence on it, and the ways of its development.

- A national survey shall make Serbia on the world map of the countries that deal with the organizational culture of employees, which is one of the main factors for the successful operations of each company and the functioning of any organization.
