New cord blood stem cell bank - British Future Health opened branch office in Serbia

The first British umbilical cord blood stem cell bank Future Health from Nottingham has recently opened its branch office in Serbia - consulting company Primafila announced on Friday (February 5, 2010).

It is the family cord blood bank that cryopreserves cord blood samples in its laboratories. These cord blood samples can be used for treatment of their owners and their family members if needed.

Future Health's laboratory strictly adheres to all necessary standards, especially to the guidelines of the Code of Practice for Human Tissue Banks in accordance with EU's latest Directive for Cells and Tissues.

The data that the British Government invested 2.5 trillion GBP in ten-year research of application of blood stem cells speaks enough of the global importance of that new medical field.
