Association of Interim Managers of Serbia founded

With the aim of gathering all members of the profession and enabling easier access to the information on interim management, the Association of Interim Managers of Serbia (AIMS) has been founded in Belgrade.

Interim Management is a specific branch of management that deals with temporary engagement of experts from certain fields with the aim of improving company's performances.

The founders of AIMS have recognized the potential that interim management brings to both individuals and companies.

As the people from that Association explained, the concept of interim management already exists in Serbia, but it is not that familiar to the public. It is mainly mentioned in the documents related to temporary engagement of professionals or in the offer of services of some of the staff selection agencies.

- Therefore, majority of companies, as well as individuals, are not aware of the existence of very interesting opportunity that interim management brings to both sides. However, lately, having in mind the whole economic situateion, the function of interim management gains in importance - said the people from the Association of Interim Managers of Serbia.
