First international translation industry conference in Serbia on November 9-10

The Serbian Association of Translation Companies SATC is organizing the first regional European translation industry conference in Serbia, on 9-10 November in Belgrade Crowne Plaza Hotel.

The Balkan Language Industry Symposium (BLIS) will focus on modern technologies and trends. Over two days of conference, you will hear about neural machine translation, CAT software, boosting your website ROI, negotiation, translation quality and international standards, cooperation between agencies and freelancers and much more. Besides all this there will be informal events such as fun networking, a networking dinner and a Saturday sightseeing trip, the press release says.

Today’s translation industry is worth more than 33 billion USD and growing, but it is rapidly changing. Language industry professionals know they must keep up to date to survive.
