"ABS Holdings" interested in procurement of company "Minel Transformatori"

Company "ABS Holdings" has expressed its interest in purchasing company "Minel Transformatori" from Ripanj.

The CEO of "ABS Holdings", Zoran Radosavljević, has announced that that company will participate in the tender for sale of company for production of electric motors and generators "Minel Transformatori", which should be announced soon by the Privatization Agency.

According to his words, this is the company with very good production program, which fits into the business concept of ABS holding, and it has already bought six companies from the structure of Minel.

- Therefore, ABS is very interested in buying that company - Radosavljević pointed out.

Privatization Agency will offer 61.1% of total capital of "Minel transformator" from Ripanj, which has 316 workers, on tender.

"ABS Holdings" in Serbia encompasses the following companies: ABS Minel Trafo, ABS Minel Elektrooprema i postrojenja, ABS Minel FEPO, ABS Minel Elektrogradnja Dalekovodi, ABS Minel Kontaktne mreže, ABS Minel Projekt inženjering and ABS Control systems.
