In the sea of at least weird requests for damage compensation, this, out of 23 years, stays as one of “the most difficult” for insurers.

Namely, Stela Libek from Albuquerque in New Mexico in 1992 received damage compensation of USD 2,6 m from McDonald's since she burnt on hot coffee!
