People will live 120 years in the future and will work until they turn 100

Statistics show that average life age now “increased” to 80 years and has still been on the increase. Every year, it extended for five months and women will still live longer than man. Technological progress is bringing negative performance as well.

If this tempo continues, robots will soon replace people in many fields so it is expected that unemployment continues being a huge problem. 50% of people capable of working will be jobless and in the next decades 30% to 80% jobs will completely disappear!

Some experts offer solutions for unemployment issues in the future. In Namibia, Utrecht and Canadian Manitoba, special social giving has been provided for all people. They are all provided with minimum funds for existence which resulted in decrease of violence in the streets and homes.

Now, majority of large corporations is planning to reduce headcount drastically.
