Ranch 20 times the size of Paris for sale

A ranch in Texas, USA, twenty times the size of Paris (2,000 square kilometers) is put up for sale for USD 725 million.

At this ranch, which includes 121 square kilometers of arable land, 120 people are working at the moment, the daily Figaro reports.

This is the largest farm in the USA, with the same surface area as the entire state of Luxembourg, featuring 1,200 gas stations, thousands of heads of cattle and a variety of landscapes.

The farm was built in 1849 by Daniel Wagoner and his son Thomas, and it is still in the possession of this family. It has recently been put up for sale after decades-long clashes between numerous heirs about whether it should be sold or not.

So far, over 600 prospective buyers have expressed interest in acquiring this farm.

The new owner will be obliged to keep all 120 workers because some of them have been bound to the ranch for generations, given that their ancestors worked there.
