Arabs, Russians and Chinese are fighting for PKB - Tender in the second half of 2015


Investors from Russia, China and UAE and Serbia and region are interested in privatization of PKB, the mayor Sinisa Mali said, it was published at Beoinfo website.
Mali outlined that he expects that in the second half of the year, a public call for potential investors will be released.
He said that based on preliminary market research and offers delivered to the Agency for privatization, PKB is one of the most attractive companies in its portfolio.
As he outlined, at the moment, they have been working on managing property and legal issues so that privatization of PKB would end and Decision on privatization will be considered at the Assembly of the City in early July.
He said that clear criteria, strong banking guarantees as well as other mechanisms will be required which enable sustainability in maintaining continuity of the activity.
