Faster construstion permits issuance as of February 15

Issuance of constriction permits in line with new rules at one stop shop in 28 days will start as of February 15. At this moment, citizens can get only location terms which is the first step towards the paper for building.

In order to fully implement the Law on planning and construction adopted late last year, it should be accompanied by some twenty regulations which have already been written, the Ministry of construction, traffic and infrastructure says. Adoption and the start of their implementation is expected as of the end of January.

Apart from that, local self-governances should do their part of the job. January 17 deadline expired for them to proscribe the fee for constriction land development and to adopt it as decision at their assembly meetings.

All local self-governances have one stop shop i.e. department which will deal with providing first information and then help to potential investor.

Legal deadline to start implementation of collective procedure is March 1.
