Assembly adopts chnages to the Laws on planning and construction and Law on special terms for property rights registration

Serbian Parliament members have adopted today changes and amendments to the Law on planning and construction and Changes to the Law with special terms for property right registration for the facilities built without construction permit.

Parliament members previously adopted the Law on energy which implies easier investments in the energy field, provides customers’ protection and aligns that field with EU rules.

Changes of the Law on planning and construction correct lacks with respect to the provision which refers to contribution for construction land development

When it comes to Changes to the Law with special terms for property right registration for the facilities built without construction permit, they enable facilities for which the procedure for property registration has been initiated, until the valid end of property right registration not to be demolished.
