Bidders may obtain further information and purchase tender documents at the offices indicated below from 12 PM on June 13, 2023, to 4 PM on June 23, 2023.
Bids shall be valid for 60 days after the date of submission and shall be submitted to the address indicated below not later than 12 pm on June 26, 2023.

This tender should be regarded as the invitation for the Bidders to give offers for conclusion of the contract and not as the contract offer. Furthermore, the Client has no obligation to conclude the contract with the Bidder with the lowest price.

The Client shall not accept the bid proposals which have not been delivered or sealed as required in the tender documents.
The request for clarification/information shall be submitted in writing and in English to the bidder"s mailbox, and the bidder shall not submit it later than 4:00 PM on June 24, 2023. The Client will respond to all bidders by mail, and the deadline for answering questions will be no later than 4:00 PM on June 25, 2023.
