Colliers International uradio ispitivanje tržišta za lokaciju nove železničke stanice Prokop Beograd, za potrebe firme TriGranit Development Corporation

TriGranit Development Corporation, one of the largest developers in the region, engaged Colliers` ICAS team to perform overall market research on Belgrade`s retail market for its decision-making process regarding possible investment in a project named Prokop, in the municipality of Savski Venac. Project Prokop will be situated above the future main railway station of Belgrade, in the prestigious neighborhood of Dedinje and Senjak, where the majority of exclusive residences, as well as embassies and foreign representative offices, are located.

The position of a future retail centre will ensure extraordinary foot traffic from all passengers, visitors and future employees of the station and the surrounding business centre. For this reason, Prokop is considered to be one of the most advantageous and prosperous locations in the city. TriGranit participated and was chosen in a tender organized by Serbian Railways in which the successful investor would complete the Prokop Station in exchange for the right to build up to 128,000 sqm of commercial space in the first phase of the project`s realization.
