Nenad Đorđević sold part of St. Nikola island for 24m EUR

Businessman from Belgrade, Nenad Đorđević, sold his share of property in the western part of Budva’s St. Nikola island, better known as Hawaii, for about 24m EUR.

Đorđević, who is currently in the Philippines, said that the contract with foreign company, of which name he did not want to reveal, should be signed very soon and that that act would finalize the sale.

The sources close to Đorđević claim that Cane Subotić, with his partners from Montenegro, stands behind the procurement of the island. The rumors are that some of the partners from that group are Brano Mićunović and Miloš Marović. Mićunović and Marović denied this news. The President of Atlas group, Duško Knežević, also expressed his interested in the Hawaii.
