Chinese investor wants to build flats in Vozdovac – Chang Sing Mo announces complex on 260.000 m2

Chinese investor, Chang Sing Movisited Belgrade-based municipality, Vozdovac, and in the discussion with the management of the municipality he expressed wish to invest in the construction of the residential block in Jajinci, it was announced at the official municipal website vozdovac.rs.

The flats would be located in Jajinci, in the Rasadnik settlement. Chinese investor wants to build a residential block on 260.000 m2, and it delivered tothe local self-governance a preliminary design. The Vozdovac municipality committed to help in the construction permit process so that construction would be sped up, it was stated in the announcement.

During the visit, municipal management suggested a potential Chinese investor to build, through donation, parallel with construction of the first residential block in the settlement, additional facilities such as kindergarten, a school,a health center.

- This would be one of the biggest investments in Vozdovac municipality emerged as a result of promotion of cooperation between China and Serbia – it wasstated at the municipal website.
